Do you know how to calculate your dosage? We have done this for you!

  • In a 500mg bottle of our 30ml tincture, you will find an approximate dosage of 0.8mg per drop.

  • In a 1000mg bottle of our 30ml tincture, you will find an approximate dosage of 1.6mg per drop.

We have simplified the calculations for you to ensure that you stay within the SAHPRA regulations. All dosage instructions are printed on the packaging of our products.  Each person’s dosage will alter according to how their body reacts. Increase the dosage or frequency of use until the desired effect has been achieved.

Direct oral consumption offers a highly effective method of intake with a 20-30% level of CBD absorption. Our tinctures are entirely MCT oil based (this is primarily derived from coconuts), which allows for a much higher strength, stable CBD blend.

The products are dropped under the tongue and held for a short time to achieve the maximum absorption.
